Navigation system error... My first warning.!

Morning /evening folks..
I was wondering if anyone had any wisdom they could impart on the warning I received during a flight..
"Navigation system error. Check redundancy status"
I was flying over some very flat glassy water at the time. Never having had a warning message I RTH'ed it immediately.

Spontaneously I thoght of reflexion on the watersurface giving the sensors the impression of fast moves causing them to give the warning.

It was spectacularly flat this morning..not a breath of wind. I've been on night shift, so sleep is required, but I'll fire it up later and see if there is any repetition. Appreciate your input..!
