Need help with pricing for real estate

I received from an email from a realtor asking me about my pricing fee structure. It is in an extremely wealthy area, and I'm not sure where to start with the pricing. I just do not want to lowball or highball. Any idea on where I should set my prices?

I'd look online for an overall majority pricing and go about 10% lower to remain competitive but without looking too cheap.

Make some phone calls Carlos. You don't need to tell them that you want to compete. Just ask them how much they would charge to do some aerial photos/footage for people selling their house.

And don't get yourself stuck into some kind of contract that binds you to only them in case you get other realtors calling you too.
