New app update

Greetings everyone. I just recently updated my mini drone with the new app
But I have not yet tested it out. Has anyone
Used the new update yet?

Newer than 1.1.6.
Is what I’m on and so far seems fine.

I see that 1.1.8 is on the Google Play store. I haven't downloaded it yet though.

I think I'll go do that now though.

Just looked in App Store and showed it. Did it and maybe it will stop raining for me to see if anything’s differant .Normally it shows I have a update. ?‍

The only difference i noticed is that it shows how many more pictures or how much more video your card will hold.

I believe a major reason for the update was to allow the Fly app to run on Android 11 devices. It failed on units updated to Android 11. They probably tweaked some other stuff, too???

Hi I flew with it yesterday- did 3 batteries.

The SD card display and camera setting display were great to see.

No problems - sent it out to about a mile came back and responded no problem.

Is what I had to do, for flew a couble of batterys right quick.
Flew fine as normsl,didn’t try no modes just out, around and back
but seemed fine.

Well today I flew my drone and I accidentally crashed into a gazebo resulting in some scratches and a cracked
Spot but no damage to the propellers
It flew well after the accident all three times. The new app works great so far
But I sure was very sad ? for awhile
I can’t afford another drone
298 flights and only 7 crashes total ??
