New mavic

I️ got a new mavic today and my phone won’t connect to the camera the remote connects but in the app it says disconnected. My phone is plugged into the remote and I️ can’t think of anything I’m doing wrong. Any ideas?

Is your phone plugged in to the side of the transmitter or the bottom of it?

I️ did the side with the cord it came with and then I️ tried it with my charging cable from the bottom.

It should be on RC when using the controller (whether you have the phone connected or not). Wi-Fi is for using the phone without the controller.

Make sure gimbal lock and hood are off. I did that once..

I️ found somewhere else that IPhone 6s don’t connect to mavics. I️ used another phone and it worked. Thanks.

Ok, are you selecting the MAVIC PRO on the drone selection list when you first enter the dji go app?
