Newbie needs help connecting controller to AIR

Hi Folks,

It has been some time since I flew the AIR. I broke it out, charged everything up. Then I downloaded the latest version of DJI GO4 and couldn't get past connecting via WiFi. When I went to the devices WIFI to try and connect manually and the AIR network asked for a password???

Can you help

Might be easier to update the firmware via DJI Assistant 2 on a PC

The best method is to connect the PC to your router/modem via a Ethernet cable as DJI Assistant 2 doesn't like wireless drop outs.
However it will work most times with the wireless connection.

I was able to update the firmware in the Air. It still won't connect to the controller.

I connected the controller to the PC and started DJ Assistant 2 to see if it might detect an update for the controller. Nothing.

Your help is much appreciated.
