This won't last, it's written in a way that this town is usurping FAA jurisdiction.
I was expecting the law to say drones can be flown from the township (I.e. Can't take off and land in township). This would have been kind of a gray area legally.
But the law is written as "can't be flown in airspace above township".
I think the FAA is gonna have a problem with that.
Oh and if I was a realitor, or enthusiast in NJ, I would stand outside of township jurisdiction and fly into "their" airspace non stop, just to see how they handle that.
