No image transmission

So this has been an on and off problem since I got my Mavic. There are times when I get no image transmission.

My software is up to date. I’m using an iPhone 8 this is up to date. Controller phone and Mavic are all fully charged. I’ve tried putting the phone in airplane mode.

Today i had problems from the start. Tried turning everything on/off in different orders. I could only get a video transmission for about 30 seconds, then went out in flight.

Any ideas on what I’m doing wrong? I’m still pretty new at this.

Try a different cable. Most people are using usb at the bottom of the rc to your device. Don’t leave anything plugged into the side port on the rc.
