No video on RM500 Screen

Hi. I have an RM500 Smart Controller with a Mavic 2 Pro. When turning it on there is no video on the screen, just a faint glow. Plugged in the DJI goggles into the smart controllers HDMI port and and can see video and apps in the goggles. Any idea how to resolve this issue?

You can try to do a force restart by holing down the power button for 15 seconds and then starting it again OR update or reinstall the firmware. of course check your brightness settings too. if none of those work your screen may be going....

Thanks for your reply. Did a reset, same issue. Installed a new screen, same issue. Picked up a used smart controller on ebay.
