Obstacle avoidance disabled on tapfly free mode?

Hi I'm new to the Drone Hobby I just purchased my very first drone, the mavic 2 zoom, I've had it for about a week now flown it a few times and I'm having a great time, I flew today and something happened that concerned me, when I flew in tapfly the free mode and I had GO I received a warning saying that all obstacle avoidance were temporarily disabled, but I did not get that warning on the other two tap to fly modes is this normal? Anybody else experienced this?

Congratulations on your first drone, you certainly have purchased a state of the art quad compared with my first one.
I find the early adoption at this level means you will probably have to wait for a few updates before every flight feature works seamlessly.
