Having an issue with it, saying there is an obstacle, but there is no obstacles around. It’s flying around and stopping thinking there is.

What drone model are you flying? Have you checked the sensors to be sure they are clean and there's no humidity building up inside?
What is the exact scenario you are describing? Flying near water? Over pavement, grass?

The obstacle avoidance may be activated when flying against the sun in certain situations. That is not uncommon.
