Operating frequencies

Silly question but in the USA, are we only supposed to see 5.8Ghz frequencies when selecting manual?
I thought we are supposed to see 2.4 and 5.8 ??

Gimbal will not hold the horizon/ YAWs without stick input

So sick and tired of this. I am NOT going through this with the Mavic Mini as I have with the Mavic Air Gimbal will not hold the horizon. And, the craft YAWs without any stick input. Advice anyone? I am not sending this into service 7 times under warranty like my 2 Mavic Air Video is 10 minutes...
