Pixelated pics

I am new to drones and I have been taking some pics and they are pixelated. Would like help as to what setting to use or why there pixelated.

Find the ones on the SD card. The cache is likely just low definition previews.

Same answer. You are looking at the thumbnails and need to access the SD card containing the full resolution images.
