If you are shooting stills, you may as well leave the ND filters off.
They don't do anything to change or improve the appearance of the image.
All they do is prevent a lot of the light getting to the sensor, which forces a slower shutter speed.

And there isn't much to gain from HDR when the subject a nice well lit scene.
The situation where HDR might be useful is where there's a lot of contrast between shadow and brightly lit parts of the scene.
