Problem downloading Firmware Update

I have installed/uninstalled the MIMO app 3 times as I can't download the update that will open the Osmo Mobile 3 on my Samsung 9.
Have you had a similar problem and if so how did you resolve it please.

Update: Now returned to supplier for refund.
Ordered another from Heliguy - arriving Monday.
