Problem with AF

I have just bought a mini 3 pro. I am a bit concerned that i have a sensor alignment issue as i have noticed some problems with the autofocus. My images and video have a soft/blurred focus on the right hand side of the image. All firmware is up to date.
So what happens to my drone. Thanks.

That's not autofocus, that looks more like a decentered lens element to me. You will probably need to exchange the drone or send it to DJI for repair. Test it under a few different scenarios and make sure it's repeatable.

On a drone you should almost never be using autofocus - at normal heights, from about 3 feet to infinity, everything is in focus, so you should only ever have to set focus once manually and never touch it again. The other reason autofocus is a bad idea is it can ruin your footage if it ever "hunts". The sole exception to this would be if you were flying extremely close to something.
