Problem with flicker and jerkey video.

I just took over a Mavic pro company drone to fly in the company. I've been out with it a couple of times and find that there is a lot of flicker and tiny hiccups in the video that is being filmed. Flying with my own Mavic Air is all smooth. I have a sandesk extreme pro SD card in it, so I don't think it is there. At first I thought it was the sun and the propellers, but the last video I took was a cloudy evening. Since this is a used Mavic I have taken over, I would like to reset all settings so that all video modes are reset. What do you think I should do?

Was the original set to 4k - wonder if in the conversion to 1080 causes it - when’s donwload original to your mobile device is it similar

It was set to 4k, mov files and the original looks the same

I have replaced my 4 little rubber bands
Might give that a try
Also change out the SD card to a class (3)

Switching to mp4? Or a different sd card? Which one?
I’m having similar issue.

Hi

Not 100% sure, but think that the switch to MP4.

The SD card was the" SanDisk Extreme Pro 64GB" and the one i got the good video with was a slower "SanDisk Ultra 64GB", so i dont make sence if thats the problem
