Question about O4 / Air 3

Does anyone know if the new O4 / 33dBm is the maximum power allowed by the FCC?

If it is, I wondering how DJI will continue to improve transmission technology going forward. Perhaps they will add 900mhz like Autel did.

My Autel Lite+ runs on three different frequencies,900mz is not one of them.
