RC controller won't fully charge / Time Zone selection

I am only getting 3 of 4 to blink. I am using the cable provided and an Apple USB C charger - the one Apple recommends for fast charging of iPhones.

Also, when I chose my time zone, EST, the time said 10:21p even though it was 9:58p and it wouldn't let me adjust it.

Thoughts?

All DJI batteries and controllers are sent in what DJI calls "sleep mode"
Activate your controller and drone, and they will then charge up all the way.
