While I’m recording a video on my Air 3S I get little glitches/lagging on my screen. Where does the feed originate that feeds the video feed to the screen. When I playback I get the glitches. I have tried every way posable to fix the issue, different SD cards, recording to the drone internal hard drive, video feed from drone directly to my MacBook M3 Pro Max 64 GB Ram, high speed external hard drives, SD cards recommended by DJI and others, every possible recording setting using the 180 rule, I usually record in D-LogM 30fps, caches deleted, 46% available on my MacBook hard drive, deleted apps that I thought my cause a conflict. The video when played back on VLC, Elmedia Video Player and Quick Time Player all show the glitches and lagging. Final Ct Pro 10, CapCut and DaVinci Resolve playback with the glitches and lagging. I was having the same issue with my Mavic 4 Pro and sent it in to DJI and they informed me that there is nothing wrong with the drone but are sending me a new drone assuring me that it’s not a drone purchased the Air 3S Fly More Combo shortly after I sent the Mavic 4 Pro to DJI as I have not had a backup drone for over three months and I wanted to continue droning while DJI had my drone. Right out of the box the Air 3S had the same issue. To say I was unhappy would be putting it mildly. The big mystery is when played back on two Mac Pro’s M3’’s, two new Air’s and a Mini they all show the same error and a on one-year-old Widows 11 PC wouldn’t even recognize the video from and SD card that was formatted on the PC. The video was recorded in exFAT that is supposed to compatible with Mac and PC. I had a lengthily conversation with an Apple Tech and then with his supervisor and was told that there did not appear to be any issue with my Mac but ask me to keep him updated. A big thank you to the techs at DJI went way out of their way to assist me with this issue including sending me a new Mavic 4 Pro that will arrive early next week. I realize that this is a difficult problem to resolve and find a fix for, however any ideas would be appreciated. Cheers Al
