Hello, I bought Dji Mavic 3 pro and got a basic license.

Now I am looking place where I can do flight training in order to pass flight review with an advanced knowledge test

Whole of Montreal is no-go as it is controlled airspace.

Are we allowed to fly in municipal parks. for example in Saint-constantant or any other places where I can drive and train?

Thank is advance

In case you haven't seen the official TC list:
You can filter on "Montreal" and find many training companies, all of which can also provide the flight test once you pass the advanced online test.

Yes I know regarding NAV Canada Map and also I bought drone Canada App from Don as well.

I passed as well the advanced theoretical exam yesterday but haven't flight yet a single time.

The problem is that most of the territories outside of restricted airspace or private or bylaws are unclear for the parks take of and landingf like in St Constant , Mercier or other small towns - there is just nothing on their sites.

Flight school is good but I would like just to practice myself in some open space and not violate the law.

I even send emails to those small towns to get info it they allow to take off and land in parks but no reply.

I am looking and area somewhere near St. Constant where I can legally to do my flight training.

So any suggestions apart from light schools would be great.

From the map I’m looking at there are a few places you can go that are around Montreal. You don’t need to ask for permission if your use is covered by your license. On NAV Canada I believe if you’re outside the yellow civil airspace that are clustered around that little patch of land there’s places like St Constant which are outside as well as Cadiac, some are north-east of Laval. Find a soccer field and just practice.

Thanks for your message
in fact yesterday I got a call from St Constant (sent a request earlier to them regarding using drones in parks) - and they don't have bylaws and it is allowed so I will be practicing somewhere there

No problem! I stumbled upon this place and your post caught my interest. After checking the NAV Drone app it looked as though there were some little places including where you mentioned that are possible.
You have a very nice drone! What I’d do is buy a used mini 2 or 3 with the phone controller and learn the basics on those where a crash isn’t a big deal in comparison.
