Record knob for video not working on controler

I can't start or stop recording a video using the controler knob....the one on the top left with the red dot.
It was working before but I'm not sure if I chaged the setting or if it broken.

I can record using my cell phone with dji go 4 red button.

any idea ?

My right dial on the TX stopped working the other day and I kept moving it with no luck...And now, for some odd reason it works again. Go figure.
