I decided to get my drone ready for the weekend so charged the controller and topped up the 3 batteries batteries i also updated DJI fly.
I tried to test fly it indoors but the light kept turning back to red and it wouldn't start i found a post online that said low light may be effecting it so i pointed a torch at it and withing seconds it turned green, i was surprised as nothing has changed in the room where i tested it last year and if flew perfectly maybe something in the new software has changed the settings, I left the torch on and it flew perfectly, now looking forward to the weekend.

That's an interesting software upgrade... wonder if there's a change in EASA/CAA policy in the works concerning flying at night? (rhetorical question - the keyboard equivalent to thinking out loud).

The guy said he took his outside when he saw the low light warning and it was fine, I got the same message but also got it last time and it flew fine so assumed it would this time.
