remove camera thread cover

I am trying to add a polarizing filter to my Air but that thread guard is not moving. Any suggestions, I am assuming it is a standard thread and not reversed

got it off, I was being a bit to delicate

Delicate is a good thing when doing anything involving your cameras gimbal.
