Looks totally fine to me. You already have 1080 transcoding in place, but as mentioned, 4K makes a huge difference, but also, of course, to file size, which increases x4 along with the resolution. And yes, set that 4K30 or 4K60 in the drone settings, and later in your project and output / render settings in the editor..
Also, youtube sometimes do a 1080P or 4K at an enhanced data rate for channel, or premium members (see 'enshitification'), which needs to be chosen specifically from the drop down settings, although it doesn't look like that is applied here.
