Rubber band from gimbal ...?!

This thing came in the package with my MP Fly More ...

I have checked the gimbal, and it looks all 4 bands are in place, the camera is operating normally, no issues.

Maybe this is a standard for the package or somehow it ended up in the box ..?!??

I can't think of anything that would be used for - the gimbal mounts are totally different (Looks like this up close).
