Samsung Tab A7 or Amazon Fire 8

I'd like to buy an inexpensive tablet to dedicate to flying. Wondering what the opinion is on these two choices. I'm on Android, so not interested in the iPad line.

I was using a Nexus 7 (2013 version) with success and recently found a deal on a Kindle HD 8. I side loaded the google play, downloaded the DJI go4 and I am flying successfully. I use a Mavmount and Hoodman. I am satisfied with this setup.

I think I read somewhere that you revert to the iphone if the sun is out? That is what is holding me back.

I'm using a Samsung galaxy tab pro 8.4 t320 with lineage 14 and works fantastic. No lag, good resolution and screen bright.

Look for LG G PAD X 8.0, it's more than capable and most of them has GPS.
