SC antenna mod

I designed this mod because I wanted to use different antennas with this awesome controller. Unlike the mod from Alientech, you don't have to replace the housing with an outrageously expensive one from them. If you buy one from them you have to use only their antennas. My housing is 3d printed with Carbon fiber PLA and is very light. For now, I offer this mod as a service and not as a kit. The antenna cable has to be modified and the installation requires taking the SC apart and removing the old antenna. I don't know if everyone is willing to do that and this is why I offered it as a service.

Mine are dual-band 8dp but you can choose whatever you want. I didn't fully test them because I am really busy at this time. I have in mind to do a full test soon.

does this mod allow the possibility of running a cable from the SC to a remote antenna mount such as on top of a vehicle or do the new antennas have to attached directly?

Yes, u can run a cable to antennas but make sure is well isolated otherways you will have interferences and a weak signal.
