it should do but if not it tells you how much space you have left in camera settings ,personally i would not fly with that amount of stored info on a SD card just in case it got damaged or the drone was lost ,i would rather use 32-64 gig cards and change them after a days flying

Agree! I use 32-64 Gb cards and change with each battery change. After dL to my computer I delete the files from the cards.?have one for each battery.

If you value your images and video, you shouldn't be leaving them on the SD card and flying until the card fills.
Copy them to your computer and format the card to clear it from time to time.
If you really value your work, save it to your computer after each flight and don't send it back out flying again.
