Sd card video black...photos great

Newbie here...flying mpp pbotos are great....video cache on phone videos play great..
But when i take sd card out and try for videos...they are just black...2 sd cards do same
Any advice would be appreciated

What are you using to play them? If you haven't got it, download VLC Media Player which copes with most codecs. Sounds like a playback issue to me but.....

The default video mode is mov. This works native for a Mac. If you are using a PC change the video mode to mov.

It seems it was 4k mode....changed it to 1080p and now i have video

Sounds like your cards might be too slow.

One was supplied the otber is a 64gb sandisk extreme???

If it's Class 10 then it should be fine, as should the supplied one. That points me back at whatever hardware and application you're trying to replay video in?
