Sea water crash :)

I have crashed my mini 2 in the sea 🙈 stripped it down and cleaned the motherboard the drone turns on but has no signal so won’t fly camera works fine ,,, and ideas or is goosed?

We probably need more words than that, and ideally some pics of the tear-down so we can try and see where the damage is. When you say 'no signal' do you mean no control signal, or no VTX, or both ?!

Something has been shorted. Think of seawater as a liquid conductor. Immersion connects every soldered electrical connection in contact with every other electrical conductor. I’d never fly that drone again.
 
Did you place it in a water bath as soon as you recovered it? if not YEP your goosed.

Why? If it flies, it flies.
If it flies and dies, what did you lose? It's already dead if you never fly it.

At worst, you'd lose a battery.

I have a battery from a Mini 4 pro that crashed in fresh water. The drone is dead and replaced.

I can charge the battery and it looks fine.

Is there a way to tell if it’s OK before trying to fly with it?
