If you have a real buyer meeting your price. To me the obvious decision is to sell quickly and not wait for a better offer or some future personal decision.
If your real plan is for a new drone then just do it and move on.

Agree Fully with these comments. when the 4 comes out there will be a flood of the 3's for sale Happens all the time. Get your fair price now while you can!
Can't say how long you will have to wait for the 4 tho I expected christmas.
