Selling mini2. Do I need to do anything

I think this question has been asked in a different gorm
I’m upgrading, and want to sell my mini2 fly more combo
I don’t need to do anything before selling to someone right?
They should be able to start it up and go with their phone and app correct?

When did you buy the drone and did you buy care refresh or fly away insurance?

No care refresh and no insurane
Bought it a couple months after it came out

It's very important to unbind your Mini 2 drone from your account before selling it otherwise you will remain the registered owner.

To do this set up your controller as per normal.
1. On the connection guide screen tap "Profile".
2. In "Profile" tap "Device Management"
3. In "Device Management" tap "Remove Device from Account".

Now it's unbound from your account and the next owner can re-register it under their account.

They're going to need email address and password, You will have to give them your email address... And perhaps password also so they can create their own and have everything match up with DJI's website and such under new ownership...

You don't give anyone your email and password. You unbind as instructed in post #4 and hand/mail/post whatever to buyer. Thy then bind it under their details.
