Sensor Calibration Issues - M2Pro

I now have a message appearing on my aircraft status page that tells me to calibrate the sensors. I have tried this 3 times now & manage to get through the actual calibration process (moving the blue box around the screen0 but then when the message comes up to say its processing the info and calibrating the progress bar never passes 0%. The aircraft is on, connected to dji assistant via usb cable but still no go!!
Any suggestions welcome. Not sure if its related but when I go into the flight log screen nothing comes up just a timing wheel that never stops spinning.

I would try deleting the app and reinstalling it and see if that helps.

Make sure you download the Mavic to DJI assistant to it has to say Mavic to DTR assistant there’s different ones for different airplanes you’ll see a little picture of the Mavic two if it’s the correct download what you do that follows the blue box very carefully how old your aircraft with both hands I’ve seen a lot of people who put up by not holding their aircraft with both hands text little practiceWhat do you do it right it will work I just did mine the other day I was screwing up and using the painting for Dji Support and I finally noticed this is a picture of the bedroom ha ha so do you have to use the DGI system with a mavic2 download you can find it at the DGI download page

Sorry for the wonky text I was speaking into my phone while I was driving it didn’t come out good I was just saying download the assistant 2 For the Mavic pro two version hold your aircraft with both hands while calibrating follow the little blue box without getting all out of whack if you screw up just to start over and reset it takes a little practice

Bit delayed with updating this but today I finally got round to dealing with this issue. Deleted assistant from my mac and reinstalled again, then completed the process in a better lit room with the laptop on a stable platform and hey presto it worked first time problem solved
