Setting Time

The time is correct on my Smart Controller. But when I check a photo from the AC uploaded to Apple Photos, the time is way off (by 4 hours). I need the two to match. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thank you ...

I just checked my videos and the time stamped in the metadata is correct, but thte Modified time is 4 hours earlier. At first I wasn't sure if the modified date was correct and based on EDT, but the metadata based on UTC, but I looked at those I knew I recorded between 2 and 3pm EDT. The metadata showed the correct EDT time, but the Modified date showed 11am.
