Should it be this loose?

I recently bought PGYTECH ND64 filter from Amazon. While I am happy with overall product quality and finish, I think it is little too loose. I am afraid that it may fall off during flight, especially if the camera is facing downward.

Does anyone else have PGYTECH \ Hooshian filter and is it this loose?

Does seem to go on a bit too easy compared to my Polar Pro
