Does the Mavic lose signal strength with the remote if I fly it from inside my vehicle with the windows up?

I would think it would loose a little, might be negligible however any impediment would reduce signal strength I would think.

Depends on the windows. Some french cars for example have a heat reflecting coating on the windows which can block some radio waves. For example these cars have huge problems with GPS devices!
