Surprise surprise. Skydio lobbied Florida to ban DJI for all gov uses and helped write the new laws. Over $20M to replace in my location alone and staggering for the whole state, many other states followed suit. Idiots imo, police and fire rescue say the same, DJI the best and hard to replace. Anti China is a higher priority than saving lives. With new found millions, Skydio doesn't need the hassle of consumer drones any more. Maybe they'll try US made phones next.
