Smart controller reset?

If I reset the controller, I’m new so playing around with settings and trying to learn how things function, I may have changed something critical. Anyway, will I need to re-calibrate the thumb sticks. When my buddy helped me last week it refused to fly after initial ascent. Found out he didn’t calibrate the sticks. So if I need to calibrate again where is the setting located? Ive read that some guys have trouble doing this. Is that true? It’s a recent purchase I received it last week. The Mavic pro 2 and have updated all software.

Wouldn't you do that in Go4 or Fly, even if it is an SC?

Well on the screen, and if I was smart I would have seen it, plain as day icon it says calibrate controller.

I’m going to re-set my smart controller
I’m in the learning stage. I fiddled with various sections and to be on the safe side I would like factory settings. What will I need to do after I reset. Will i need to re bind the drone and what else should I need to do any calibration requirements?
