Soft Areas in Left of Frame at 4k/24 Custom Settings

I recently recieved a replacement Mavic Pro via the Care Refresh Program. I have noticed that when I shoot at 4K/23.98 frames and 1/50 second, with custom settings of -1, -1, +1 and D-Cinelike, that the middle of the frame is sharp but objects on the left half of the frame are quite blotchy. There is some blotchiness of objects on the right side of the frame as well but it is much more pronounced on the left. DJI suggested I reset the camera settings and try the default video settings and when I did this the footage is fine. It is only in the more custom settings that I see the variable sharpness in the frame. Any idea what may be going on and if there is anything I can do on my end? Otherwise I will be sending my Mavic in to DJI for repair.

This problem was common on the forums about a year ago. I think the solution was to replace the bird. You should contact DJI straight away, as I don't think there was user-fix for this.
