What I tell my neighbors is that I can't see any more than you can already see on Google Earth. This cools things out.

I have some big, square panoramas, representing almost two miles on a side. The originals are about 235 megapixels. I had to reduce them to work in the editing program.

What stitching program do you use ?

I use MICE (Microsoft Image Composite Editor) and Panorama Factory.

PF only does single row panoramas and it's usually more accurate. Good for planar.

MICE does everything, but sometimes loses its way and needs external guidance.
