Splice an intelligent maneuver onto a waypoint mission?

Is is possible in Go4 or Litchi to splice a programmed maneuver like a helix or rocketship onto the beginning or ending of a waypoint mission so that it will execute with the waypoint mission?

No but you can program that as waypoints.
