Stopping the DJI Update service

Anyone know how to disable the DJI Update service on the CS?

If I go in to the app settings and click 'Disable' nothing seems to happen?

What does it even do? Obviously it doesn't update the apps or the FW since you actually have to push a button to start that process.

I'm assuming this service is what calls home and checks for available updates and nags me to death about upgrading

I though if I could stop it checking for newer versions I could lead a quieter life

Uninstall it maybe?
