I have a curiosity I have to calibrate all the sensors (Compass, IMU, Gimball) for every updated battery?

Let's see my case, right now I just updated the 2 batteries (the .500 firmware) with the DJI Assistant, my doubt is should I calibrate the whole drone with each battery? or the drone is the one that saves the configuration?

No

The aircraft stores the calibration (IMU, Compass) in its non-volatile memory.

Just update each battery you have and you are good to go.

Apologies if this question has already been answered but a search didn't bring it up. Is it necessary to recalibrate the compass each time you fly? Or only if prompted? After my first flight less than a week ago, I've had several flights from around town and have calibrated the compass each...
