The video really stutters when panning to the left and right. No issues going forward or backwards or up or down it’s really just when going left and right. Any suggestions?

could be that your shutter speed isn't in sync with your frame rate or could be something else

Try Cinematic Mode and be gentle on left stick, assuming mode 2 set-up. It makes a huge difference. Good luck.
