Nice video, gave me the chills. The mini is rated down to 0C, the M2 is rated down to -10C. Not much more.

Very nice. I live in Colorado in the Rocky Mountains and fly in cold weather fairly regularly, when the winds cooperate. Yesterday I flew in -15F/-26C with no issues. The only negative affect I've experienced is a shorter flight time, about 12-15 minutes max. I've never received any warnings so far. I will occasionally fly in very light snow also, but that's no too often.
