Hi all, I about lost my fingers from the frostbite tonight, but I got some fun hyperlapse shots of the sunset. This is my first attempt and I can see a little up and down movement from the aircraft and I left the camera in auto mode, so the exposure adjusts a couple times as the light changes. I'll have to remember to set things in manual next time. All in all though, I think hyperlapse shots are my new favorite toy to play with on the Mavic 2. Any other thoughts for the next time I go out to shoot? Besides hand warmers, I mean. ;)

You can save your fingers by flying from inside the car. I do all my hyperlapses from inside my car. The MP 2 signal is awesome. No problem flying from inside the car out to 2 miles and beyond in my tests.

Great tip! I’m flying from inside the cab of my truck from now on. At least until spring. In the two shots above I don’t think I got much farther away than 1200 feet. So signal should t be an issue. Thanks!
