If you’re looking for locations Jonathan, add “Manly” to your list. It’s a fantastic place to fly, with so much activity.

No. The video covers Long Reef and Curl Curl, which are 5-10km from the Heads.

Here’s a video I made of Manly, which shows the Heads in a few of the clips (at 20sec, 57secs, 3mins 15sec)

Thanks for the feedback. I plan on getting down to northern beaches as often as I can though the summer, I’m sure I’ll make my way to manly at some stage soon! I’d also like to get to whale beach and the marinas soon, though marinas may have best lighting in afternoon.

Your Manly video is very well done - something to aspire to!

Yep, I found the marinas in Pittwater are definitely better with afternoon lighting. Just watch out for all the masts on the sailboats.
