Sync Failed. Retry

I can not sync flights in the DJI go 4 app? keep getting the “Sync Failed. Retry”
error?? DJI is no help at the moment?

I would think with the MM being just out their servers are busy.

Ok, kinda hard for me to know what to tell you to try not knowing all. You are trying with WiFi I’m pretty sure.
Are you trying to do the all choice or what. I hadn’t did mine in awhile and would try now with mine but WiFi down all day here and using cell.

Is no problem but we haven't figured this out. Only way I have ever synced was with WiFi which I don’t have at the moment. I will give it a shot in mine and see what I get.

Ok it took awhile but had 91 to sync and got to 96% and failed so it’s got me beat.
Sorry but me no help bud.
maybe someone else will chime in with a idea.

Just looked back in logs and though it said failed it really
didnt. Look at this they all synced. Check yours and if those
clouds are there it worked.
