Synching flight data

Hi all,
I got a problem synching my flight data across 3 drones.
I have a Mini 2, Mini 3 Pro and a M3E.
I have attempted to sync all my flights and hours together.
Essentially I have 1 controller for the mini 3 pro, which will fly the mini2 and mini 3 pro and the second controller for the M3E.
Although I can see all 3 drones on obth controllers, the hours and flight times vary considerably. Despite running refres on the M3E controller and activating Sync on the Mini 3 Pro controller?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

To add to my misery, if I choose one drone, it filters the drones flights, but shows the total hours (all drones) in the top line. Not the hours per that selection.
