Tapfly not working; No green GO circle

Hey all,
I purchased my Mavic a few weeks ago and have been a long time lurker here but decided to finally make a account. I've used most of the intelligent flight modes but never tried Tapfly. I watched a tutorial video online and decided to give it a go today. Well it doesn't seem to be working. Everywhere I tap on my screen I do not get the green GO circle. Whether it be above or below the horizon line. Not sure if it user error or something more complex.

You have to tap on a person or a

You only need to tap on screen (not a person) .. you should get a GO icon .. needs to b 2m off the ground ... if elevation is higher than this perhaps someone else can help you out ..
